Refining mill
Mainly used for the refining of reclaimed rubber.
STRUCTURE CHARACTERS:
The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and fifanium alloy,so the surface is hard and wearable;the internal processing can moke the temperature of the roll surface well proportioned.
This machine has overload protection devices, and the major components cannot be damaged because of over loading.
This machine is equipped with emergency braking device ..When an emergent accident happens,draw the pull rod,and then the machine will stop at once. It is safe and relible.
The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard footh flank planet reducer, which has compact structure.low noise and high efciency.
The base of the machine is a complete frame,so it’s very convenienf for installation.
The machine has scraper and crimping device,which enables to take the materials off from rolls.
