STRUCTURE CHARACTERS:
The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy,so the surface is hard and wearable;the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.
This machine has overload protection devices,and the mojor components cannot be damaged because of over loading.
This machine is equipped with emergency braking device,whenan emergent accident happens,draw the pull rod,and then the machine will stop at once.it is safe and rellable.
The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer of NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer,which has compact structure,low noise and high efficiency.
The base of the machine is a complete frame,so it’s very convenient for installation.
