STRUCTURAL FEATURES:
The said devulcanizer adopts a new technology of devulcanizition. Compared with traditional devulcanizing equipments, it is advanced in the following points:
1) The reclaim powder does not need to be ground so fine;
2) The devulcanizing time will be shortened;
3) Plastifiers, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer;
4) No polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization;
5) Higher product quality;
6) To open and lock the devulcanizing vessel is automatic in the working process.
The said devulcanizer is a horizontal pressurized vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it. The mixing shaft with paddles can rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise. The left and right rotating paddles push the material in the vessel moving along the shaft to be well mixed and equally heated.
The devulcanizer employs a hydraulic system to open, close and lock up the feeding door and the discharging door.
APPLICATION:
devulcanizer is applied to devulcanize scrap rubber powder.
