Steel wire twister & cutter

Used to carack meridian tyres and to peel off rubber from steel wire.

STRUCTURE CHARACTERS:
The mainframe is major device to pull out steel wire from tyres in the production of reclaimed rubber.The working surface of cracking rolls and the internal surface of the cracking chamber are made of welded hard alloy, which is wearable, anti-corrosion and durable.
Highly hardened cutters made of special materials are well fixed on the cracking rolls and the inner chamber surface:cracking and peel off rubber from steel wire offectively.
The crushing chamber adopts a composed structure, easy for maintaining. The structure of the screen is a drawer type. Easy for fixed knife and moving knife to be adjusted and changed.
