Multiple Rubber Extruder of Pin Cold Feed
Multiple Rubber Extruder of Pin Cold Feed is applicable to compound extruding types of tyre tread， also other rubber products.
At room temperature， rubber plate can be feed directly without hot smelting in the extruder. The products extruded have good compact ability. The extruder has the advantages of high capacity and low energy consuming . The lugging system uses direct current speed change ， the range of speed change is wide， that system has also small volume and ability of accurate controlling.
The extruder has multiple-heads that are all driven by fluid power. With fluid drive, the multiple-heads are easy to open, close and lock. The flow passage board, pro outlet guide and outlet guide can be changed according the specification of product, ensure the size of shaped stable.
The extruder has a temperature control system that can automatically set temperature. It can adjust process temperature at the range of setting, and ensure the temperature during product extruding.
