VILLEJUST, France (Dec. 22, 2009)—Eliokem S.A. has increased prices of up to 53½ cents per kg., depending on the grade, of its Chemigum bale acrylonitrile butadiene rubbers produced at its Valia, India, plant.

The company said the price hikes, which took effect immediately, are needed to cover higher costs of raw materials during the second half of the year.
